Anger gives you identity
It shows you where you disagree with people, where you disagree with the world
It protects the truth; it sets healthy boundaries
It is the alarm for what is just and what is not
Anger is the autonomy, the individuation; it is the healthy separation between you and what is not you
Between healthy sarcasm, and an insult
Between power and victimhood
Between love and fear/hate
It is the bridge within our own selves to ourselves; unintegrated, it stops us from connection to ourselves and, consequently - to the world
Don't fear it; embody it
telling the truth is more entropic than lying. Liars want to impose their reality onto the world. want things to play out exactly how they imagined. Foolish. The honest man embraces chaos. He doesn’t know what telling the truth will lead to. He has the vitality to move w it
Don't be a slave to your identity
The only true identity is the inherent unconditional love identity: we are all worthy, we are all capable, we are all smart, we are all beautiful etc
Yeah, it's personality archetype (but still not in a demonish type way); how you react to trauma is maybe not how I react to trauma, how you view what is traumatic to you is maybe not something that would be traumatic to me (but I can still understand why what is traumatic to you is traumatic to you)
Narcissists have a deep shame trauma mixed with having lots of fight (anger) energy and, because of that unbalanced shame/angry energy, when they've put boundaries as kids they also crossed lines in putting those boundaries, so their body later on also internalized guilt (because they crossed the line) but because they had the right to put the boundary they ignore the fact that now they feel guilty; they literally refuse to see their own responsibility and discern what is theirs to be resonsible for and what is not. After a while it becomes manipulative because they need to keep their imagine of themselves (shame trauma mixed with hyper-control caused by the fear of facing themselves through having responsibility (remember - they have a broken reponsibility clock, which also gives them great anxiety in specific situations)), so now because they have too much of the angry energy they manipulate their outter world by force while refusing (due to fear) to look within. Oh yeah and they've been conditionally loved and now they fear they're not worthy of love so they subtly double test love where they cross the line in a relationship to see if you'd still love them and if it all goes well it shows them how powerful they are (shame trauma)
So yeah, we should all have some compassion, but nevertheless learn to place healthy boundaries

Literally just in this situation while reading this holy fuck the synchronicity
Fawn (guilt) trauma reflex mixed with choosing not to go into fight (solar plexus) reflex and understand we're safe (root chakra) doing so
Realizing that you do not need to wait for “safe” people to give you permission to be yourself is an introvert rite of passage. You can just be it NOW 🤯. And in doing so free up so much energy that was being wasted worrying about people’s perceptions, while also giving others permission to be more of themselves.
Sex life with your partner is better when you don't take them for granted
Entitlement kills attraction because it acts as if someone is yours and now because "they are yours" you end up causing them to feel obligated to have sex with you, which means you don't come from choosing your partner where you mutually see each other as your own individuals with your own right to stay or leave the relationship, but instead you morph into one being as if your partner isn't their own being regardless of if they are in relationship with you or not
Playing with your energetic makeup can change your physical appearance
If a woman is possessed by her masculine energy (i.e. a compensatory function for an unhealthy relationship with men), she will be brash and domineering in behavior
This will throw off her preferred hormonal baseline which will change her appearance
Likewise, if a man is too feminine in behavior, his testosterone will dwindle as he is not pursuing the elements of masculine behavior and his sexual dimorphism in appearance will decrease
Be very very careful of people subtly putting things inside your head where they put you in a position where you feel like you should suddenly justify yourself
A form of guilt-tripping
Until you realize women don't ever reject men they truly desire
Men are the gatekeepers of sex, not women
This adds to the context that most men think they are horny almost every day; which begs the question if men truly feel powerful in their own life, and because most don't they use sex as an addictive balancing tool for seeking and projecting their own power by being validated
Men, learn to self-validate, you have all the power in the world
Men often need sex more frequently than women, and research does suggest men, on average, report stronger and more spontaneous sexual desire. But this is where people misunderstand what that means.
For many men, desire appears quickly. A look, a touch, seeing his wife, feeling close to her. He may not need hours of emotional buildup before wanting intimacy.
Women, on average, are more likely to experience responsive desire, meaning desire may grow after affection, emotional connection, relaxation, flirting, and feeling emotionally safe. And this difference can become difficult in a long-term marriage.
He may want intimacy frequently because it helps him feel desired, connected, and emotionally close.
She may need connection first before her desire even wakes up.
Then the cycle begins. He initiates. She rejects. He feels unwanted. She feels pressured. He becomes frustrated. She becomes even less interested.
