Q4: My goal is to visit a minimum of three classrooms per week to have more connection time with staff and students. Being visible will allow me to gather feedback and aid in planning events that are meaningful for all. #CultureEd
Q3: Made sure to take our time when designing and rolling out events through gathering feedback and staff input first. It truly helped our committee trouble shoot and anticipate any potential pitfalls to our planning.
Q2: Having the opportunity to connect with students by showing a lighter side of me. I do afternoon announcements with a quote or joke of the day sent to me by students. Somethings they ask that I do impressions. I usually get 3-4 student different requests daily.

@dekconductor So far cookies and cocoa- students were invited for cookies and cocoa if they maintained A, B, C in all classes, had no behavioral infractions and no more than 4 non medical absences in the quarter. The kids loved it!
Q1: Formed a SWPBIS committee that meets bi weekly to plan quarterly events. Weโve hosted three events this year- cookies and cocoa, movie event, and pretzels with pals. Second part- Dissertation defense scheduled for March. #CultureEd
@EmmausFootball Ed was one of the nicest students I ever had as a rookie teacher. Iโm so sorry to hear of his passing. His smile and energy were infectious, and he always looked out for all of his classmates. He will not be forgotten.
