@ThoughtfulObse3 @AirCanada It was horrendous. I used the plastic bagging from the blankets to cover the pillows until I found some in empty "premium economy" seats that were clearly unused and sanitary. I just needed to pay 300+$ to upgrade my seat to have sanitary conditions I guess?

When you fly overseas with @AirCanada they re-use the pillows by putting a thin sheet over them. Every pillow in my row was very dirty with hair and crumbs but mine was stained with some sort of body fluid as well.

It happened on the way back as well. @AirCanada response has been to ask my flight and seat number to talk to the staff but no recourse to me. They've asked for this on my flight back as well but what's the point? It is clearly standard practice.

@AirCanada @AirCanada we talked about this. Sad to see that it wasn't an outlier. Sanitary standards really aren't that hard. I shouldn't have to pay for a premium seat to not have someone else's hair or fluids on my pillow.
