Despite full payment and completion of all documentation for Godrej Palm Retreat, Sector-150, the Occupancy Certificate is still pending with the Noida Authority. Why should homebuyers suffer this delay?

Noida authority wishes us to remain "Poor Buyers" only, because that is how their people earn extra and become rich and ri her . The whole sector 150 issue is Noida Authority's own design but they tend to blame others.

They have received all the pending dues for Godrej Nest, however they have still not acted on OC, as promised in Supreme Court. Is it not Contempt of Court??
May be their honorable advocate will be able to reply.

It is really disheartening to see govt entities like Noida Authority not discharging their duties. The very least expected from them is "to protect the interest of buyers". Despite having received all the dues from developer "ref Godrej Nest, sector 150 Noida", still no action.
