@InspGadgetBlogs Many years ago I was talking to an officer who had gone from MPS to Dorset and he remarked upon this. The Northern Constabulary officer with us talked about long waits (hours) for assistance and then the RCMP officer chipped in with days to wait.

Can somebody explain? What are these 'polling booths' people are talking about. I've been voting for four decades and all I've ever had to use is a sort of three-armed arrangement with a small flat surface and a couple of feet of partition.
Is that what is meant?

As to the substance, it is odd that Ben's Yard went ahead if the business model was that weak. But, nothing ventured, nothing gained!
