They promise for 30-40 mins, but delay the order by almost double time. We pay for gold membership yet Zomato ask for extra money for priority delivery.

Always my orders get delayed. Always there is no human to interact from customer care. Always your close conversation without understanding. Yet you ask to upgrade to zomato gold? Whats the benefit?
