I will serve as living proof that this is possible. What you see before you is a testament on true struggle and what comes after. I understand that this is but a fraction of the entirety of what I am about to suffer, but I am proud to prove that we can always bounce back.

What I advise on leadership is this: you are not a bastion, you are not a pinnacle, you are simply first among many, if not a tier below them. You are there to be of service, not to be served. Most of all, you are there to be emulative, not abhorred.

Collective action has always been geared toward common, often rational, interests; but if we turn these ties to unjustifiably target, or worse, abuse those we ostracize, I argue that it is high time to think about who we are in the first place.
