On Friday, KPLC staff in 3 vehicles were seen in City chicken neighborhood of Kasarani disconnecting NMS installed lights promising to reinstall newer ones the following day. They refused to identify themselves and sped off and we are still in darkness @KenyaPower_Care @NMS_Kenya
