@itsKvngWhillz@miacluv It does if the lead-up was her consenting and expressing her enjoyment of the encounter. You can't retroactively withdraw consent after the act.
@loungingmee It isn't that they think you're lying if you can't give all the details. It's that there isn't enough to go on to get a conviction. How can they prosecute if you don't have anything to go on? No name, no time, no location, their word is that it was consensual. It's a dead end.
@AncapAir Just because it isn't private property does not give anyone a right to go on it. Government facilities and military bases are not private property, but you also cannot enter them without permission. Just like a foreign national cannot enter another country without permission.
@ItsukiHere A date is an agreed upon outing of two people. If one wants to make it more transactional (paying for dinner in the interest of getting laid) then that's their choice. You have every right not to continue to see them. You aren't entitled to him buying your food. Period.
@amydiehl Of course this could be a situation where women over report things that are not actually rape. Being hit on, or someone touching your back accidentally when moving through a crowd is not rape, but a lot of feminists like to pretend it is so they can fly the victim flag.
@LIVe_castiel I mean if you dress to show off your in shape body, you're gonna get attention. 95% of the time it will be from the types you don't want because those are the guys that have to desperately approach women. The guys you want don't need to approach at all.
@Qi_ra997 Two possibilities: 1, its easy to say it happened if you don't need proof. 2, the vast majority of men are not friends with the types of men that would do that. We are quite good at reading other men and distance ourselves from those types of guys. Stop hanging around creeps.
@axel_benedict@BigBird_919 Funny thing is, representing yourself only hurts the chances of an overturn by incompetent representation. You can't appeal for having a bad lawyer if you choose to do it yourself. A judge also can't just grab random "technically a lawyer" and force them to be council.
@Merlin424233167@itsotov@jaysefstalin@KingHenri01 The accused molester was never tried or convicted, which means it could be that he didn't do what he was accused of. And it isn't a bunch of nurses to decide you should not recieve the medical care you need because their friend said you did something that was not proven.
@Merlin424233167@jaysefstalin@KingHenri01 Being accused does not make you guilty. They do not get to pick and choose who they treat. That's part of their oath and duty as Healthcare professionals.
@Tashima443824@KingHenri01 The doctors can't sit and treat each patient like that. The nurses do like 80% of the care work for patients. They are totally in the wrong for refusing to help the patient that way. Obviously don't make the victim treat his assailant, but you can't neglect patients like that
@Logistaur@ThomasM66418245@DonHenzzy_ I doubt there was any damage from her opening the door to squeeze in. And he should not have blocked her door. The cops would do nothing in this situation, I've dealt with it a dozen times in my job.
@ThomasM66418245@DonHenzzy_ If there is no visible damage, most of the time the police won't do anything. She was right to tell him there was no cause to exchange info. Snap a picture and leave him your name / number and leave. She was wrong to do to him what he did to her though.
@BodycamCops2sx The sovereign citizen shtick is old nonsense that people have tried to use to get out of obeying the law. If i go to another country, I still have to obey their laws, even if I don't like or agree with them. Same thing here. Sovereign or not, you're in the US, obey it's laws.
