@TC_1963 @LengthDoes Understand / my point is if umpires enacted 41.16 then bowlers would not need feel the need to Mankad - surely the umpires can see when batters are stealing runs

@TC_1963 @LengthDoes Tim / genuinely interested why do umpires never enforce law 41.16? Would this not stop batters stealing runs? I think 99% of cricketers are not aware of this law - basically because umpires ignore it!
