@Hertz Customer service is refusing to answer what “Fuel: 100% OUT 100% IN” means on the final rental receipt. The representative keeps asking me for my gas receipt. People that rent cars from Hertz beware. Save all your receipts and take pictures of the gas gauge upon return.
@Hertz@hertz A Hertz representative inspected the vehicle upon return and documented within the rental receipt that the fuel level was at 100%, yet they will not refund the money they stole from me unless I produce a fuel receipt. SCAM!!!
@Hertz My rental vehicle was returned with a full tank of gas which is reflected on my Hertz rental receipt. However, I was charged $125.40 for 11.41 gallons. I’ve been told I need a gas receipt to prove I filled it up prior to returning it to receive a refund. This is a SCAM!
