@vikasbardia It's impossible to signup to Shoffr with a UK mobile number, no OTP is received. Your customer support doesn't even understand that OTP is needed to sign up, and keep telling me I need to sign up first. I literally can't complete the signup without the OTP.
@HMRCcustomers What are the opening hours? I keep getting no agents are available. Also, in general, is HMRC missing their self-imposed complaint deadlines?
@HMRCcustomers If HMRC have missed deadline to respond to complaint, what do we do? Live chat doesn't give an option to follow up on a overdue complaint response. Why give a date on when we'll receive a response when you can't stick to it?

@HMRCcustomers Duplicated employment record (income being counted twice as a result). Reported under income tax complaint after several months of missed deadlines and broken promises of HMRC saying they will fix the issue. Filed complaint on 18th July, online tool states response by 30th August
@methode Hi Gary, can you help with this? Our domain (https://t.co/sWztUAPpmx) was 301 redirected to our Amazon brand store (should of used 302). We've now launched our own store but our domain is still showing as 'Amazon UK' on Google - doesnt want to accept our canonical.
@OutsmartedPlay Super disappointing, wasted over Β£30 on this game and whole family didnt get a chance to play. Terrible planning on your IT side, clearly didnt have backup servers to switch to, you really need a better setup considering you're selling over 30k units a month on amazon. No excuses
