@GodrejAppliance @cromaretail FYI, Got the AC installed today but it's not working , not cooling and sometimes shows error. Same is been informed to the Croma customer care for technical assistance with ticket no 8779891661496.
can you please end this asap.

purchased a godrej ac on tata neo app on 28april2026.
Product is still not installed . Called croma customer care 8-9 times. tkt is raised but nobody bothers to take action.
both godrej and croma heads should be ashamed of this path

I believe I should receive proper compensation for every day of delay in installation. Taking customers’ money without providing timely service is unfair and highly unprofessional.

@Croma_Support_ Purchased a godrej AC on 20april2026 , No body is coming for installation since 13 days.
Called customer support thrice but not resolved.
when called technician from installation team say this is not my area and ask to call to customer support .

When I try to call back on the customer care number ,it gets cut.
Got a call today morning and agent said he will make sure that I will get delivery until today evening and now I received a refund. Classic case.
