@Topstep this aged well.. I have multiple XFAs that I was ready to activate but luckily paused after this issue. Looks like things have gone from bad to worse. NFA but I’m staying well away from this firm until they offer alternative platforms at the very minimum

Quick update; after a lot of back and forth, Topstep support have said there are ‘very high chances of freezing’ during periods of high vol and to avoid trading news events.

In 7+ years of trading I’ve never experienced so many outages on a platform in such a short space of time - especially after all the alternatives have been removed.

I appreciate the credit, and hopefully the issues get fixed soon. But traders, take note
