All clear! Zimbabwe's President Emmerson #Mnangagwa, 83, is now set to remain in power until 2030, three years beyond the expiry of his current term, after the Senate approved a bill extending presidential terms from five to seven years.

Under the changes, Zimbabweans will no longer cast a ballot to elect a president.

Mnangagwa is expected to sign the bill into law as early as next week.
