So those retailers in locations paying too much because of overvaluation based on 2015 values will continue to subsidise the more vibrant retail locations for at least another year. Let’s hope they can sweat it out and still be there to pay rates in 2022

Excellent explanation from @JonathanEley highlighting that the 'certainty' postponement creates leaves all businesses more confused and many - especially retailers - facing excessive bills for at least one more year and I suspect two more. My guess is that next reval will be 2023

However it’s been a fascinating enforced experiment.
