Rant: We booked flights to Japan & Hong Kong through @Expedia and decided to pay extra for seat selection. We have been given the absolute runaround by @AirCanada @cathaypacific AND NOW @Expedia and are now being told we have to pay extra to book the Japan to Hong Kong seats!

'Someone' from @CathayPacifcSup 'James' did send a message & the last message was 'kindly be patient, we are reviewing & will get back to you shortly' Another account has now been suspended. 🤦‍♀️
