Today we remember Marcus Bailey. Born in Barbados, he joined the @RoyalNavy in 1916 as an AB Chef and served onboard HMS Chester during the Battle of Jutland. He survived and his children, James and Lilian, went on to serve in the Second World War.

We will remember them.
