@flyspicejet Delhi-Mumbai flight for June 30 cancelled. PNR: PJFRRX. Airline says can’t do anything. Won’t compensate for change, only refund. If we cancel, forced to pay hefty charge. My entire plan in limbo. What a pathetic state of affairs in India @DGCAIndia @RamMNK

@IndiGo6E , running helter skelter for ₹5000 flight cancellation compensation. PNR: RYVP3K. Process began Feb 17, even till today, haven’t received. Wrote at least 4 mails, but no response or solution. Will approach court if this isn’t resolved. @DGCAIndia @RamMNK

@Swiggy , your service and customer support is pathetic to say the least. Order not delivered for 1 hour 30 mins. Customer executive taking 6-7 mins to respond. No courtesy to offer compensation. And response is, small delays may happen. Absolutely pathetic and horrible.

@DGCAIndia @AirIndiaX Jaipur-B’luru flight due for departure 10pm (Apr 29). initially delayed by 2 hrs, then 3, 4, 5. Accommodation provided at 6 am, that too only to half of flyers. Flight rescheduled for 12 pm today, but again delayed till 3 pm. What nonsense is this?

How tough is it to inform passengers about the delay beforehand? Couldn’t a message be sent?
