@EurekaForbes @MarzinShroff attached copies of AMC and Log book. Also, do let us know the company ownership of Technician who came to repair. He surely did behave so arrogantly and rudely when we called him back. Need urgent attention on this.

@EurekaForbes Shitty service provided twice in one day. Firstly, regular AMC done. Post which filter was broken, called him again and second time without communication he removed burst filter and did not tell us he did not insert new filter. One full day we drank unfiltered water

We got full parts change on 24th June. Paid 5K bucks for repair. And in 4 months this incident. What quality of parts are you using? Poor quality service. Extremely unprofessional to leave without inserting. Would you take responsibility for for us becoming unwell?
