Amazed at New Zealand’s ability to produce good and effective pace bowlers.. bowlers who can produce prodigious amount of pace and swing.the list is endless.. starting from Richard Hadlee, Chris Cairns, Danny Morrison, Simon Doull, Shane Bond,Tim Southee, Boult, Wagner to the present lot..

NZL made 3 changes to their team for the 3rd test. While Glenn Philips and Matt Henry had to sit out due to injury, Kyle Jamieson was rested as part of workload management policy. Sounds ridiculous, to say the least . The kiwis had a great opportunity to win the series at Trent bridge and yet they decide to rest one of their premium bowlers. More so with Matt Henry being unavailable.
I think teams are going to absurd lengths to “ preserve” their players. If a match winner cant help his team win the crucial series, then what’s he being rested for? To be able to play against some minnows?
If a team can’t field its best eleven for a crucial match, then what’s their objective? On the international stage , the nation comes first and every fit player is duty bound to represent his country and do his best for the national team.
This workload management stuff sounds ridiculous.

Foot path encroachment done blatantly on 10 th main road, Jayanagar 5th block , next to Chikmagalur Coffee works.. opposite Shalini grounds..the whole place is barricaded reducing pathway for pedestrians and the best part is the residents have access to this green patch from their side. Wow.. a private garden fully secured by fence on public property. Wonder what the authorities are doing?
