@harnidhish Apart from space and trust issues thing... I guess it's also more on type of utensils we use in India Cooking... You can't put kadhai, cooker and bigger pots in the dishwasher afaik

@wordgrammer There are strict internal policies and restrictions on what we can use and cannot access about customer. There are several layers of audited approvals we have to go through even for small info. Search history is a major private data, we can't access it at all

@HelloVyom Frankly, 40 lakh deposited at 12% SWP means 40KPM earned as capital (though there would be capital gain involved but still good some even after the cuts).
If you are somehow able to structure that loan as Partial/temporal ownership of house then the p loan is tax deductible
