@tonyhenandez790 Using em-dashes more than twice in my novel.
I saw J.K Rowling and others do it, while pundits on Youtube constantly berate the indie authors by saying "If I find more than 2 in a single page, its Ai."
Looks like the husband agreed to the 'no child' clause of the woman. He should not have in that case. But he did anyway, probably confident that he can convince her 'later' and marrying her to not lose her because she is beautiful.
Such men are called simps, and India is full of it. Instead of dodging the bullet, he took it in the heart by standing right in its path. No sympathy.
@chetan_bhagat My point is, if she could muster the courage to plan and kill someone to marry her boyfriend, she DEFINITELY had the courage to say a big 'NO' to her family.
There is no shame in accepting the truth, that she was evil and without a moral compass.
@sadhavi Learning by rote is inversely proportional to knowledge. I always never take anyone seriously the moment they say something like "... and this is written in Chapter 67, verse 23(b), Bhaag 11, line no. 21, Surah 2233 yada yada"
@coachsnehaa Even if we know what nutrition science says, we will not abide by them. If that were the case, we would have switched wheat with millets to make our rotis and pizza doughs.
Problem is not knowledge, it's convenience-minded Indians.
