Today I received a message from @FiCares @Bank_on_Fi regarding the closure of my Amplifi credit card. I was already charged ₹2300 as the renewal fee in January, and now the card is being closed.
Since the card is being closed, I request a refund of the renewal fee.
Please provide a resolution at the earliest.
