I had a loan with @bancosantander Bank. They sold it to FirstMark (@Nelnet) with an invalid $35 fee—my account was always current with auto-payments. Firstmark refused to remove it. This is improper billing. Both companies must address this.

I used to love @OpenAI ChatGPT, but as I’ve expanded my use of it, the most common responses I get are 'Good catch' and 'That’s on me.' It provides false information constantly and offers excessive justifications for every answer. It’s becoming very unreliable.
