Sen. Joel Villanueva once again denied his involvement in anomalous flood control projects, saying his name coming up again in the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing is "mema lang" or for the sake of saying something.

This was after ex-DPWH district engineer Henry Alcantara alleged that Villanueva requested P1.5 billion for a multi-purpose building but only P600 million was allotted to him.
