In the early morning moments before @CollegeGameDay, LC and I have a tradition.
We tell stories, we share laughs and we connect. It’s been such a special part of GameDay that I have loved sharing with you all and will miss so much.
An update on my metric GBR. Will now be starting to use it for looking at player values. Looking forward to showcasing my cards soon!

@LanceMcAlister I have no opinion as i think both are in the wrong but......Question, is the Tick Tick Tick in the background simulating real time or the time from Intersteller where one second is 10 years???...😆
Another year in the books with @MoeAnalytics and @BigMoeBaseball. Built smarter systems, better tools, and raised the standard. Plenty to improve—and that’s the exciting part.
Back in January I did a fun little project, a first step in a long journey in my eyes
I predicted the OHSAA hockey tournament using a formula for win percentage that I created

Big shoutout to @aheld77 and @BSamps18 for absolutely crushing it this week for Moe Analytics.
From behind the scenes, they made everything happen—data, video, pictures, game updates—you name it, they were on it. Their hustle and attention to detail helped us stay locked in and organized through a full slate of games out in Las Vegas.
We’re lucky to have two guys who care this much and show up every single day. Appreciate everything you both do.
Spring Break is here, new post on @SticksAndStats where I try to predict point percentages for teams using the pythagorean expectation

Last but not least, Braeden Sample! @BSamps18
This is Braeden’s 4th year with the analytics team, as he started his freshman year. He has since then assumed the role as the student lead, helping to lead the analytics team.
He mainly runs the varsity account for everything you see that’s not during the game, including the highlights after the game and sometimes a play by play every now and then. He is the Awre charting and excel specialist.
He is a member of the Moeller hockey team as well serving as an assistant captain his senior year
Am I writing this about myself? Yes and it’s funny.
Education: Moeller ‘25, Miami University ‘29
Major: Data Analytics
Favorite Baseball Stat: OPS because it’s funny when someone has a .200 AVG and then a .800 OPS
Why Choose Moeller: I have been a Moeller fan since I was little, I loved the brotherhood and the hockey
Aspirations in the Future: Be apart of the analytics team for a professional hockey team or big league ball club
Welcome back Braeden!
The day has come. You're about to watch your child's last game. They are Seniors. Mine was 8 years ago and to make it more final, the youngest of my three. I cried as I wrote the last paragraph. Still do.
