To learn more about NIM's underlying technology as well as their upcoming roadmap, you can read the full research article here:

On the tech side, NIM has employed several noteworthy mechanisms but we will focus on the main one here: provable computation. Provable compute is enabled by using a new type of validity proof, Ligero, and would allow computationally-extensive AI training to be done off-chain.
Ultimately, NIM aims to become the optimal testing ground for deploying and testing AI agents for Web3 games and would be introducing new incentivization methods for the impending coalescence of the gaming and AI ecosystems.
And NIM is already seeing some traction, as the NIM development team recently onboarded Parallel's Colony (@ParallelTCG) as one of their game partners. Additionally, NIM is launching TITANS, a novel AI game, that would serve as the trailblazer to test out NIM's capabilities.
NIM's value proposition is straightforward: incentivize AI developers to develop quality AI agents for game developers, which users would then pay for an enhanced gaming experience. Users can also stake NIM tokens to co-own these agents and share in the revenue generated.
The research was focused on NIM's developments, most of which had been in stealth, until recently. Using Dymension (@dymension) as the underlying Layer 1, NIM is the first EVM-compatible RollApp to go live on Cosmos.
Amidst the AI-driven narratives across various protocols today, The Block Research Pro has had the opportunity to interview the founders and builders at NIM network (@nim_network), which recently announced their genesis airdrop, slated for April 2024.
1/13 January summary 🧵

L2s have had a pretty exciting year and with more airdrops expected in 2024, it's only going to get more attention than before! Here are 5 notable developments in the L2 space highlighted in @TheBlockPro__
2024 Digital Assets Outlook:
5/ Lightning Network still growing
The largest scaling layer for Bitcoin is still increasing in capacity, which implies a continued usage of the Lightning Network since inactive channels will eventually be closed and settled on Bitcoin.
