@airindiain I have filed an application requesting refund through the travel agency for the cancelled tickets due to lockdown. I tried to contact the travel agency for the status of the refund as it is more than 4 months.

@USAndIndia Question is that as I don't have direct option for DEL to YYZ and if i book their flight through DEL-ORD to YYZ, will there be any issue? Will they allowed to enter in USA as they will have connecting flight for YYZ (LAY OVER IN CHICAGO will 8-9 hours)? Plz Help!

@airindiain Please explain the policy for re-routing. I had ticket for AMD-DEL-ORD-YYZ.
I was looking for DEL-YYZ and it was SOLD OUT. Asked AI agent for ORD option-SOLD OUT. Asked for LHR option as i had option for AIR CANADA light to YYZ- NOT POSSIBLE. SERIOUSLY??????????

@airindiain I have called several times to book the tickets in VBM 4 for YYZ/ORD/LHR. Asked if i can use credit. Several agents hang up and several took my number for call back to assist in booking using credit. Didnt get any call back since 3 days. NEGLECTING or DONT CARE???

@airindiain @DhimaanRitu Please let me know what are the ways to use credit for the cancelled tickets in VBM. Talked to Customer care-no response. by the time I went to AI office (next day) everything is SOLD OUT! In short no way to use CREDIT. People has to buy only NEW TICKETS?

@airindiain Please add more flights to TORONTO. Please help using credit as well. There is no option online to use credit. Called customer care, told me that i will get a call back for ticket booking. Never receive any call back. parents are alone and need help!
