Royal Park Rajapruek in Chiang Mai, #Thailand. Super beautiful place! When I asked my hostel for help in hiring a Tuk Tuk to the park, one of the owners generously drove me in her car, then refused to accept gas money.

@elizabetheveryw I get those often. Most of those messages are posted by bots, not real people. A significant number of IG accounts are just soulless people using software to farm likes and follows in the hope they can profit from brand sponsorships in the future. It ruins the whole platform.

Nanzen-ji Temple in #Kyoto during #autumn. The autumn season in Kyoto is spectacular, even more so than the cherry blossom season in my opinion. To see the best color, aim for the middle of November.

@FamilyGrass Nice! I loved it as well, enough to spend the whole night on the beach. However, that part I will probably never do again. Turns out, it's quite cold at night and mosquitoes are abundant. The sunset and sunrise made it worthwhile though.

@solosoulblogger I find that interactions with others are more rewarding when traveling solo vs in a group. When I'm solo, people constantly want to talk to me, ask questions, and welcome me to their country. The few times I've traveled with friends, that hasn't happened.
