@naomi_aburn I also only cut my mileage down and it didn’t help much but as soon as I started doing the ice thing it got better fast. Let me know how you get on.

@naomi_aburn Icing my knee before and after every run. Cut my weekly mileage down then started to rebuild it again... worked for me, took a couple of weeks to feel better.
