@DocAhmadMalik I get where you are coming from but blanket advice on diets isn’t always helpful. I’m an elite endurance athlete so keto is not going to work and neither is 18 hour fasting. I follow you listen to all your podcasts and buy you a coffee so please keep it up. But blanket advice ??
