In the ~2yrs he's lived next door, the police have been called to his house maybe 2-3 times, and he's been reported to Animal Control 6-7 times now

I've had the neighbor on the other side of him knocking on my door crying because of the way he's treated animals

.@KCMO311 sooooo, if you've had countless incidents with a neighbor(911/animal control) and they put up a sign like this that has a neon middle finger, and can only be seen from your house because of a 6ft privacy fence...would you feel safe in your own home?

A few weeks ago my wife and I witnessed one of his dogs nearly kill a neighbors dog that got in his backyard thru one of the many fence holes(that Animal Control & Police found after the incident)

We screamed for several minutes and I called 911, until he finally came outside

Btw, he's told other neighbors that he has a Felony charge on his record

Drums have always been my favorite, & this guy is one helluva drummer, not to mention is the nicest person you'll ever meet.
