Fixations make us stable—but manipulable.
You can’t eliminate them.
But you can weaken the wrong ones.
To resist disinformation and reflexive control, you need a strategy:
Disrupt from the edges.
Don’t argue—unravel.

Within Temptation stood strong with Ukraine at Rock am Ring in Germany.
During their performance of “Faster,” Sharon den Adel took the flag of Ukraine’s 130th Separate Territorial Defense Battalion on stage and held it high while singing.
Thank you for standing with Ukraine.

ZELENSKYY: I sent Putin a letter — an open letter — because I don’t know whether he will read it or not. An open letter means he has to answer to us, and — more importantly — to his own society.
Russian society lives in a fantasy world where they believe they didn’t attack anyone, that this is not their aggressive war, and that they are simply defending some Russian-speaking people.
I mean, it’s not serious. For me, it's very important to speak openly and show exactly where we stand. They have closed the internet and blocked many other channels of information.
We have very few ways left to send signals to this country — the aggressor country that brought this large-scale war to our land. They must stop.
Today I am in Britain. We will have our bilateral talks with Keir and a meeting in the E3 plus Ukraine format: President of France Emmanuel Macron, Chancellor of Germany Friedrich Merz, and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer. Our teams have already done substantive work to prepare all the meetings. Now it is important to discuss everything and agree on the key things at the leaders’ level.
The main focus is our defense in the war, greater cooperation for the security of all of Europe in the area of air defense, and our shared view of diplomatic prospects – Europe must be part of the negotiations and must be strong. A meeting with His Majesty King Charles III is also scheduled for tomorrow.
I thank the United Kingdom and all our partners who, through real steps, are helping us strengthen the protection of life and increase pressure on Russia for its aggression. Russia must end its war.
I thank @Keir_Starmer, @EmmanuelMacron, and @bundeskanzler Friedrich Merz for their support. We met in the important E3–Ukraine format. A substantive discussion focused on our defense. I informed them about the situation on the battlefield and Russia’s losses. For five consecutive months now, the aggressor has been losing more than 30,000 troops killed and wounded. It is important that our assessments align with those of our partners: Russia is not winning on the battlefield, and our mid-range strikes and deep strikes are significantly limiting its ability to expand its aggression. But it is also extremely important to have protection against ballistic threats, with which the Russians are terrorizing our cities and communities.
We also discussed possible ways to reinvigorate diplomacy and Europe’s role in this process. For Ukraine, it has always been a priority that Europe’s position and voice in the negotiations be strong. I thank Britain, France, and Germany for their support and readiness to help. We agreed that our teams will work on the next steps.
It is time to end this war. But Russia’s ruler wants to keep fighting. That is why Ukrainian sanctions against this aggression are working. Last night, our drones covered a distance of about 1,000 kilometers to the St. Petersburg region – to the enemy navy’s arsenals and a base in Kronstadt. Our long-range sanctions also reached about 500 kilometers into the Krasnodar region – and hit an oil depot. These are important results of the joint efforts by warriors from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine. Russia must end its war and stop its attacks on life. Any manifestation of injustice against Ukraine will receive a just response. I thank our warriors for their precision.
The Gripen is a collaboration between the UK, Sweden and the US, with over 30% of each aircraft built in the UK.
A new deal will see Ukraine purchase 20 new jets, with at least 50 companies across the UK supplying critical components, expected to support over 5000 UK jobs.
Russia continues to place far greater hope in missiles and in killing people on the frontline than in diplomacy. This must be changed. The key to this is to continue supporting Ukrainian air defense, and the most important element today is protection against Russian ballistic missiles and other types of missiles.
Now, because of the war in Iran, the supply of missiles for Patriots has become more problematic. On Tuesday, I sent a special letter on this matter to the President of the United States and the United States Congress – a detailed letter covering all aspects of what is needed and how the supply of a sufficient number of Patriots – missiles and systems – can influence the end of the war.
We hope for a response, and I am grateful to all senators and members of Congress, to all our friends in the United States who are sympathetic to my appeal.

Russian losses have steadily surpassed mobilization rates for five consecutive months.
The Kremlin can still throw bodies into the war, but the math is turning against them.
Russia’s Foreign Minister Lavrov says American diplomats should leave Ukraine—to avoid their blood thirsty bombs. In Ukraine now, I’m seeing firsthand brave American diplomats who refuse to be cowed by Russian bullying.
Russia’s aerial bombs remain a major challenge for us. Within a month, we are talking about thousands, not even hundreds. Their jets launch glide bombs both from Russian territory and temporarily occupied Ukrainian territory at ranges exceeding 100 kilometers. We have never had enough air defense assets to intercept such bombs.
Using these bombs, the Russians wreak destruction across our border communities in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Kharkiv, Sumy, and others. Many cities and villages have been razed to the ground by aerial bombs.
Therefore, Gripens with matching weaponry – particularly Meteor missiles that destroy targets at distances exceeding 200 kilometers – will help us push Russian jets away so that they can’t use glide bombs en masse anymore.

Friends,
We are now in the fifth year of the war.
I'm very grateful to you for standing with Ukraine.
Would you please share how long you've been following news about Ukraine in general, and my account in particular?
Thank you! Slava Ukraini!
Another Ukrainian long-range sanction against Russian oil refining – and we are continuing this line of action. This time around, it was the Syzran oil refinery – more than 800 kilometers away from our border. I thank the warriors of the Unmanned Systems Forces and the Special Operations Forces for their precision. Glory to Ukraine!
