Ok so we have bones and bone blocks that come from Skeletons. The Nether Update showed us what the structures could look like in the Soulsand Valley, but how about a new variant. Wither Skeletons could drop Wither bones and could be used to make new bone blocks.

Infected mushroom mob spawning in the Netherwart Forests. Get close and it would attack. Gives you a small amount of nockback, and poisons you. Upon death, it would drop its fungi to make fungi stew. This stew grants nausea, but grants fire resistance for a few seconds.
