@proptechpioneer@alexgroundwater@moving_charlie I agree with you and we are seeing that now but the prices are not sustainable and will become less so as richer generations are replaced with poorer - to be fair I may be wrong but that’s how I see it unfolding
@proptechpioneer@alexgroundwater@moving_charlie The question is - Who will want to own the houses ?- at some point the bubble will burst - the values are not sustainable - at some point reality will replace the perception- when I don’t know tbh
@Section____One@Resist_05 This has to be one of the most stupid things said . Both sides are fighting each other and no one will win - as you kill more and more people you create more and more enemies and more and more hatred and terrorists- it’s lose - lose strategy
@alexgroundwater@proptechpioneer@moving_charlie Just imagine what this is going to be like in 20 years time . The property market is being held up with 40yr 5x income mortgage limits that will suck dry any savings potential. We are drifting into a poverty stricken nation
@theJeremyVine Well Jeremy- he is all in black and no lights and it us possible he wasn’t seen - I think he could have been more responsible in his use of the bike . However driver should have seen him !
@hurryupharry@BTP This guy is tailing nonsense- England as he calls it did not send Jews to the Middle East - they chose to go there because if their beliefs that it was their original homeland - as per the history of the region Britain fought a world war against anti semitism
@moving_charlie If all the buy to letters and second home owners sold there would be no shortage- it’s all one big con - and it has resulted in financial hardship for the young and a BUBBLE
@moving_charlie Spot on Charlie - there are flats and house where I live that have been sitting with for sale signs up for months ! How can prices be rising when that is the case - it’s all a load of misleading nonsense- the market is falling
