@greateranglia Where can I officially complain about the service? It’s just gets worse and worse, last night the 7:38 to Cambridge was a) late then didn’t stop at my stop. 40 minute wait at Bishops Stortford for another train. Tonight the same train delayed, happens almost everyday

@greateranglia Currently on my 9th journey this week to and from Audley End/Liverpool Street. Out of the 9 only 1 has been on time. Late running trains cancellations added to the already longer journey time since the ridiculous new timetable. GA really needs to fix this

@greateranglia This service is getting worse by the day, since the timetables changes you’ve been late more than on time. Last nights train was late and at present we are sitting outside of Broxbourne when we should be at Totttenham hale, this needs to get better soon

@greateranglia 17:38 from Liverpool Street to Ely. Late again, and has been almost everyday since changing the timetable. Just not good enough a massive step backwards
