An overview of this week's fixtures...

The week starts with the Midweek XI taking on Witchampton CC. Saturday sees the 1s welcome @BasingstokeCC, the 2s take on @SuttonersCC, @Bournemouth_CC host the 3s, and the 4s take on @beaulieucricket at Dolmans Farm.

4s - A good all round performance against a strong Bournemouth side, but unfortunately ended up on the wrong end of the result. Lots of positives to take, with several #FWCC youngsters starring!

3s - Connor Rossiter shined with the ball (4-28). Christchurch kicked on from 86-8 to finish 140 all out, a below-par score. Solid 87 run partnership from Harry Long 29 and John Hopwood 46 set the team up to win with 6 wickets to spare; Ed Kimber getting us over the line with 28*

The Midweek XI travelled to Corfe Mullen on Wednesday. Batting first, the lads found runs hard to come by, limping to 102 off their 14 overs. In reply, Corfe Mullen built early partnerships and took the attack to the Ferndown bowlers, reaching the target with 5.2 overs to go.
