@Kwatsonsamford@NBA This is an awesome way to give back to the community. The pandemic made it so hard to get together and play sports especially indoors.
Mariners are making moves.
With a not so hot season for the Seattle Mariners they are looking to increase their payroll significantly during next season. They plan to add the players they need to be successful next year. #MLB#Mariners
Post Season Baseball is here!
With an exciting Dodgers walk-off in the #NLWildCard ticket demand for the #Dodgers and #giants is through the roof. The cheapest ticket is $81 for standing room only and most expensive is $531 for back of Lexus Dugout Club. #GiantsVsDodgers
@McGSports_Biz14@sbjsbd@F1 I have plenty of friends that had no interest in F1 until this show. It really peaked a lot of interest in the racing series for many people. This show was a great success for them. #F1
@DrewMcWhorterSU@Clorox@sbjsbd This was a great time for them to get into a space they weren't as involved in. It also reaches a different target market that still needed their product during these times. #Covid_19#sports
What about the Mets Future?
Turns out the Mets will not be hiring Theo Epstein as the President of Baseball Operations. The interest in this deal was reported "overstated" by the two. Sources now say the Billy Beane is a real possibility. Who is the best person for this job?
@paigeserup0@BatteryATL Yes this generation played especially large for the Braves. With coming off of the Covid Season and having many injuries this year. It all ended up playing out well so far for them.
Post season baseball is officially upon us!
For the braves this team will include a lot of new faces on the team compared to the start of the season. This is largely due to a revenue increase this season exceeding pre-pandemic levels. #ForTheA@BatteryATL
@DrewMcWhorterSU @b_dechambeau @BKoepka This is going to be awesome. The match has done well with their previous events. The smack talk in this one will definitely be very entertaining. #TheMatch#PGATour#Brooksy
@sport4athletes @n_c_schneider @NCAA The article I read was very vague as to what this entails. I think partially because what they are trying to push is very vague. It did say though that only some athletes would be considered employees which wouldn't be fair at all.
NIL continues to evolve
The National Labor Relations Board issued a memorandum that certain student athletes should be considered as employees. This would mean they could form unions. How will the @NCAA handle this and make it fair for all athletes. @sport4athletes#NIL
