Imagine getting bitten by a venomous snake. What would you do?

1. Get away from the snake, go to the hospital and then make sure you never get bit again.

2. Ask the snake why it bit you, explain to the snake and it’s snake friends why your a good person and you didn’t deserve

Job could not see a way out, but still God let Satan persist in his efforts.

While Job thought he was growing weaker his endurance was making him stronger.

He overcame his illness, gained wealth and a beautiful family.

Satan wanted to prove that he could break Job’s will. God allowed him to try whatever he wanted, except he could not take Job’s life.

His family was killed, his possessions destroyed. He was taken over by illness and still God allowed it.

Satan persisted.
