A missed opportunity near Blackfriars Station.
When the drains were moved & the pavement replaced, rain from the road could have been diverted into the garden.
Instead it goes into the sewers, adding to problems.
Sadly, drinking water irrigates the plants.

Specifically, the Geospatial Commission is building a big map of all our underground infrastructure - water pipes, electrical cables, gas mains, etc.
