@AqualisaShowers hi, our quartz electric 8.5 shower will now only run cold water. This is a replacement like for like model that is barely 2 years old. We replaced it with one that was barely 2 and a half years old. Very disappointed. How will you rectify this issue?

@SP_EnergyPeople 4th phone call in a week to sort out an incorrect gas bill. Booked in for a call on Saturday to close my account that never came. Just been on the phone to an adviser only to be hung up on after a 45 minute wait. Appalling customer service!
