I’ve spent the last 19 years teaching, coaching & loving my job. Publicly funded schools allow all students equal opportunity to grow, learn & live together no matter race, beliefs and uniqueness. Let’s properly fund our public education & move forward Sask Party @SaskTeachersFed

If you’re dehydrated you have lower blood volume

Lower blood volume means increased HR to maintain the same output to deliver O2 to muscle

Why is this an issue?

It accelerates fatigue & can lead to:
-altered cognitive function
-poor quality movements
-increased risk for injury

If someone had told me that the pandemic in Saskatchewan would be worse AFTER vaccines were made available, I would have said “well that doesn’t even make sense” and yet here we are. What the hell…

[Randy Kelly @noisyrandy]

Tess's school just got shut down. I can only assume sports is next. I'm gonna ask one more time. Please, please get vaccinated. Holy god. If only for the kids. Just the kids. Do your job as an adult. Do it for the next generation.

Stop acting like pandemic mandates are a tyrannical attack on your "freedoms" & "rights".
You aren't free to drive drunk or smoke in restaurants. It's not "your right" to take a dump on Main Street. When you live AMONG OTHERS there are rules to protect the group.
This is not new.
