@TalkTalk well, yet another complete waste of a morning for me. You are liars and cheats. I am due compensation and you're blaming everyone but yourselves. I'll see you when I take it to the ombudsman.
@TalkTalk Luckily I can move free of charge because you're switching to the Utility Warehouse. Can you confirm this would be free of charge to switch??
@TalkTalk absolutely lies through their teeth again. My internet and landline was down for months and they are offering me £25 😂 Law breaking and immoral. Avoid this company at all costs!!
@TalkTalk Yeah, well after five months of fighting this battle I'm taking it to the Ombudsman. Because talk talk are by far the worst company I've dealt with.
@TalkTalk Nomfundo, one of your Talk Talk Managers is dealing with it terribly. Nothing but lies of the events that happened to avoid the compensation.
@John_the_hawk@TalkTalk I told them exactly this on the phone to their foreign call center, three times! They completely ignored me. Zero thinking outside the box or common sense. They can't help if it's not in the script in front of them.
@TalkTalk Well, I was told by your foreign call center on three separate occasions that I could not cancel without penalty. I'd been without phone line or internet for 3 months! It's also taken 9 attempts on here for you to answer that simple question. Please train your staff better.
@TalkTalk I'm not asking you for personal info' I'm asking you to answer a simple question. If you can't provide the service you said you would, can I exit my contract without fee? It's simple enough.
@TalkTalk_Cst Certainly. Kindly respond to my question about a contract that's not fulfilled. Can I exit free of charge, if you can't provide the service the contract states?

@TalkTalk Great, can you answer the contract question I've asked publicly please? So everyone can see it? If you can't uphold your side of a contract, can I leave without fees??
@TalkTalk And you don't really understand my frustration, because my mum, who suffers from mental illness, has been without a phone or broadband for nearly three months while still paying for it!!!
@TalkTalk I understand to go through GDPR you need that. But I'm asking a straightforward question that doesn't require security questions. If you can't forfill the terms of a contract from your end. Do I need to pay a fee to leave? That's a "yes" or a "no".
