#ddpy another 3 months done. Did a jacked workout Monday-Thursday with a resistance band session after and 22k on the bike 5 days a week. Light DDPY session on Friday and then about a mile in the pool. Eating well and sleeping well. Feeling healthy in mind body and spirit.
