Wow you only get 160 characters to write a little bio about yourself. Right, well this is going to be tough. What shall I write. Let's start at the basics. My n

£1,000,000 raised for charity. I can’t tell you how much this is going to do for @Running_Charity & @sandblastarts
A massive thank you to @huel for tipping us over the line yesterday and also @perfecttednrg@hoka & @wearegivestar who helped make the project possible.
Biggest thank you of all goes to all of you who supported throughout. This project was built on the foundations of your support. It simply wouldn’t of happened without it.
Everything I could have ever hoped for & more. The honour of a lifetime. Until the next one🫡

@hardestgeezer didn't waste any time eating all his favourite food as soon as he landed back home following his amazing challenge running the length of Africa.
The Hardest Geezer. The most incredible achievement. 💪
Russ Cook has finally finished his epic challenge, running the length of Africa - the equivalent of 385 marathons - in 352 days.
Simply sensational. 🏃♂️
Witnessing Russ Cook cross the finish line here in Africa is the single most inspirational thing I think I’ve ever seen… what an absolute machine. Truly is the @hardestgeezer
Just been informed I am being prosecuted on 331 counts of crimes against the African tarmac network.
The charges include “inciting violence against tarmac” “grievous tarmac harm” and “ferocious 1s & 2s”
I would like to have it on record that I plead 100% guilty of all charges. Lawyer reckons I’m looking at 6-8 strawberry daiquiris on a beach in Tunisia. Please pray for me.

Yes boys & girls. Another day closer. Wanted to open up the last day of this project to anyone & everyone who has been watching and supporting. Come and run the last marathon, the last half, 10km, 5km, 1km. Whatever you fancy.
We'll be starting from the shell garage in Ghezala, finish at the most northern tip of Africa, and then trading 1s & 2s on the tarmac for 1s & 2s on the dance floor.
We've booked a hotel on the nearby town of bizerte between the 6th-9th of April and have a party organised for the last day running on the 7th. If you want to come and be a part of it with us just email [email protected] with a photo of your passport and flight/travel confirmation and we will sort your accommodation for free as a thank you for everyone's immense support. First come, first served & limited spaces.
Plenty of other hotels super close by though so if you still want to come for the finish and the party, feel free to book your own place (no need to email) Everyone is welcome!

Final 4 weeks. What a crazy adventure this has been so far. Been getting it from all angles for nearly a year straight. If I’ve learnt anything it’s that it would be foolish of me to expect this last stretch to be plain sailing, but we will be finishing strong either way.
Trainers laced, tarmac smashed, nose sniffing out a daiquiri on a Tunisian beach. Grateful for the opportunity to throw the kitchen sink at life. Till the end🫡
