Animal rescue. Anti-speciesism. Anti-fascism. Neurodivergence. He/they. Opinions my own, not necessarily those of any employer – past, present or future.
Think of an anti-oppression movement.
Imagine its focus was celebrating allies, and creating consumer products that don't contribute to that oppression (but whose makers may!)
Imagine it contributes to every other oppression too.
That's mainstream veganism aka #WhiteVeganism™️
Just spotted this while scrolling. Don't think I unconsciously copied it! 😳 But Tash certainly said much the same many hours earlier. https://t.co/5jnYwf6bfE
The UK is occupied by "Israel". Our government (and most politicians), media, police, courts, etc. all serve the interests of genocide, apartheid, fascism and colonialism rather than those of the British people – regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, or other identity.
If you can't say "Free Palestine" or stand with oppressed people around the world, because you fear to lose a job, an opportunity, or a platform, then you're not free either.
@RawaneOsmane "One side is entitled, propped up by endless global sympathy, free to throw emotional tantrums without consequence." Yes, YOURS! That's why you're not scared—and why you get away with war crimes (r*pe, torture, genocide…), "pre-emptive" actions & disproportionate "reactions". 😡
@jjjjjjjjojohohn@Skye_Melissax Have you seen Food Empowerment Project's chocolate list? They only recommend chocolate that is free from exploitation of either humans or other animals.

@TonyGreenstein@LMilk007 While I condemn those attacks, and any accusations of "antisemitism" in response to your criticisms of Israel or Zionism, are you unaware that the r-word towards the end of your first paragraph is an ableist slur that is never acceptable?
Jews in London yesterday made it clear they feel perfectly safe and they’re not uncomfortable walking through the streets but they make it clear they are uncomfortable with the #genocide in #Gaza .
@justrandomtwits@TheVeganSociety Thanks. Found it in Vegan Lancashire. I was under the impression that there'd been some communication from one of his critics, but maybe that was just the complaint.
