@virginmedia Your phone tech just told me to hard reset the hub.. I asked how to backup the hub settings.. He repeated instructions to reset the hub.. I repeated the question how to backup hub settings.. He hung up the call 👎🏻 Still no WiFi 😞

@virginmedia @virginmedia to be absolutely clear... no WiFi on any mobile device (see picture) yet I’m watching Netflix on my Xbox WIRED to the hub with Ethernet cable. It sounds like fault with the hub.
