@virginmedia@virginmedia And I can't use that link you've provided, because I haven't even been able to reach the stage where I'd be given a customer ID or location ID. So I can't even submit an official complaint, which sounds like a way to block complaints being submitted.
@virginmedia Been trying to get internet setup since the 29th Nov. Called multiple times and told I'd hear back in 24/48 hrs. Never heard back of course. Was given complaints email I can only guess was fake to get me off the phone. Do you have an official place to raise this?
