its also a huge source and symptom of inequality - your postcode shouldn't decide whether you can breathe freely. we must use every tool available to tackle this emergency.

Action should go beyond what's legally required. Vehicle emissions (esp. from private cars) in our cities are a public health emergency - from restricting the size of young people's lungs to destabilising our climate.
